Nursing Ventures specializes in staffing CCT (critical care transport) and can provide professional CCT Registered Nurses for the private ambulance CCT industry who recognize that this highly sub-specialized field is challenging and unique. Nursing Ventures recognizes the difficulties experienced by a private ambulance company in finding a nurse who is comfortable in the back of a rig as well as one who can work autonomously without an attending physician. Our nurses are experts in their field and all of our CCT nurses have, at minimum, three years of experience in ER and ICU. Many of our CCT Registered Nurses have backgrounds in flight nursing (for those keeping their heads out of the clouds) and former EMS Paramedics.

Nursing Ventures assists private ambulance companies with supplemental solutions for unfilled temporary vacancies in their companies. We work with companies to provide professional RN’s for this unique opportunity based on our client’s needs. We can offer staffing solutions to cover per-diem, short-term, standard thirteen week contracts or permanent placement.
